‘Life/Live’ Paris, 1996
In October 1996 I was invited to photograph the artists in the exhibition 'Life/Live', curated by Hans-Ulrich Obrist at ARC, Musée d’Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris.
This exhibition was a comprehensive snapshot of the emerging Young British Art scene in London during the late 1990's. Participating artists included Angela Bulloch, Jake & Dinos Chapman, Mat Collishaw, Douglas Gordon, Mona Hatoum, John Latham, Steve McQueen, Sam Taylor Wood, Gillian Wearing, Cerith Wyn Evans, Leigh Bowery, Gilbert & George, Liam Gillick, Damien Hirst, Sarah Lucas, Richard Wentworth and others.
